Sin Bandera Alpharetta Concert reviews
Great show with a bad sound man...
The opening act was Dirty Honey. The bass solo was finger exercises with way too much flanger effects. The drummer, guitarist, and bass player each did an unnecessary solo. I felt like I walked into Guitar Center (musicians will get that one). The Singer is that band. He'll do something in the industry. Overall a nice throwback rock sound for Dirty Honey. The Sin Bandera Crowes played great and looked like they were having fun. They were everything we expected and then some. The only real problem was the sound for both bands. We were in row 6 and were just blasted by unbalanced sound. The Keyboards and lead guitar were too loud and washed out the bass and vocals throughout the night. Wasn't as bad for the opening act because they were a four-piece band with no keys and second guitar. This amphitheater is always hit and miss on the sound and this show was a miss. We saw Sammy Hagar two days earlier elsewhere and the sound was awesome. Can't blame the guys with the instruments. Overall a really good time.
